How far in advance do we need to book our event?
Three to six months would be an adequate time frame to reserve our services. We are capable of doing several events at one time so we can work on a shorter notice if necessary.
When do I need to give you a count for my event?
The preliminary count two weeks before the event and a final four days before the event
Do you require a deposit to reserve an event date? What is the minimum deposit required, and is it refundable if we cancel our event?
A $100.00 deposit is required and you will have to forfeit this deposit if you cancel.
What kind of payment is required?
Usually payment required the day of event unless other arrangements are made with the management of We 3 Catering.
Do you have a service charge?
A 15% gratuity charge is common for each event.
Can people create their own menus?
We 3 Catering prides itself in being able to prepare most any kind of food for any type of event. Feel free to ask for anything not on the menu.
Do you decorate?
We have several resources available to fit your decorating needs and budget.
Can you BBQ food at the site?
We 3 Catering has four portable grills on wheels that can cook Pork Chops to Ribeye to Bratwurst or anything else that needs grilled.
Are your salads homemade?
Everything is homemade including the potato salad. People "rave" about our home salads.
